I can find no other damage or issues.

These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Both ends are intact with no cable fraying, but the small metal end at lever side is cracked around outside see photos, not a big deal, wanted to note it.

There are a few small cracks and worn spots in the plastic housing, but cable moves freely with no binding.

The small rubber boot is in great condition, still soft and flexible with no cracks.
