There is no corrosion anywhere. The cover is in new condition. These are very hard to come by. It is ready to install after a good dusting.
This is a genuine new old stock Harley inner primary housing cover. It does have the shiftier shaft seal and bushing in place, from factory. This is the correct inner primary cover for 1980 to 1983 fxsb belt drive only including sturgis model. This is not a factory reject, or casting blank.
All machined surfaces are in excellent shape, there is some over spray evident on the inside. Harley part number is 80a it priced to sell so please bid wisely and as always be sure verify with your local wrench see if this inner primary will fit on next project.
Casting mark is x30 on the inside.
